Our Anaesthesiology Department is accredited by the National Board of Examination under Ministry of Health, Govt. of India for 3 years post graduate DNB course in anesthesiology. The foundation of this department is the clinical skill of our anaesthesiologists who have received training and accomplishments from the best institutes around the country. The Anaesthesia Consultants are available round the clock on rotation basis to ensure highest standards of care. The team members are well trained to cater to all kinds of surgeries including high end surgeries like open heart surgery, renal transplant surgery etc. The anaesthetists are helped by the state of the art anaesthetic equipments with Savoflurane which is one of the best anaesthetics ideal for general anaesthesia. Well-trained staff and availability of latest technology and drugs makes this as one of the safest places to get anaesthesia. Services provided also include pre operative anaesthesia check-up (PAC),  11 operation theatres including 6 modular OTs and 6 minor OTs, epidural anaelgesia for painless labour, U.S.G. guided regional blocks for post operative anaelgesia, awake fibre optic intubations, percutaneous tracheostomy, 61 critical care beds, anaesthesiologist supervised 10 bedded post operative ward, post-operative pain management and 24 X 7 emergency anaesthesiology services.
