Are all the consultants available 24 hours?
All the consultants are full-time employees of the hospital; hence, outpatient services are available on all working days. We have doctors in the positions of medical and surgical registrars, junior and senior registrars, and junior and senior residents, thus offering 24 hours coverage in areas such as Casualty, Wards, Intensive Care Units and Post Op recovery areas. Any complaints in the odd hours are first attended to by the resident doctors and, depending upon the case, the respective consultants are called in to attend to the patients.

What are the facilities available in the hospital?
Shija Hospitals are multispecialty hospitals and offer the complete range of medical and surgical specialties under one roof, with highly experienced doctors, state-of-the-art infrastructure and diagnostic services.
What is the mode of payment?
Patients can make the deposit by cash, debit or credit cards. We also accept SBI cash collect. For on-line appointment with our website and Android Apps, we used Razorpay Payment Gateway which can make your payments with all major debit and credit cards, 50+ net-banking banks and popular wallets support.
Why does Android Apps pop-up "UNFORTUNATELY, SHIJA HOSPITALS HAS STOPPED" and stop working?
First check your Internet connection. Launching the Shija Hospitals need to access the followings PERMISSIONS on you phone/tablet:
(1.) Directly call phone numbers, read phone status and identity,
(2.) Receive text messages(SMS),
(3.) Audio record, change audio setting for notification sound,
(4.) Approximate and precise location for map navigation,
(5.) Add or modify calender events for an appointment,
(6.) Read and write login ID number on SD cards, find accounts on the device,
(7.) Full network access to receive data from our server at Internet, and
(8.) Prevent phone/tablet from sleeping.
If one of the above permission is disable to access, the Android Application will not work/launch properly. So, please, enable to access the permissions and launch the Shija Hospitals Apps happily.
